Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or email.
Payment must be completed as agreed in the quote or invoice before or at the time of collection, unless otherwise arranged.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed quotes remain valid for the booking.
Delivery and Collection
Aansaea will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled collection and delivery times.
Risk in the goods passes to Aansaea only upon collection. Customers must provide accurate shipment details, including size, weight, and contents.
Special handling requirements must be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Liability
Aansaea’s liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the terms stated in our insurance coverage.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Customers are responsible for packaging goods appropriately for transit.
Cancellation and Refunds
Bookings can be cancelled subject to the terms in the service confirmation.
Refunds are issued only for services not yet performed and as allowed under our cancellation policy.
